My Exercise and Fitness

I get up every morning at 4:25 to go to the gym. I work out about 5 miles from my home. I am driving like a zombie until about one mile from the location  before I am really awake.

What is interesting is when I get onto the first machine I begin an Extreme Body Workout. My expectation is that at my 90 Day Review I would have carved a Beach Body out of the flab I have left to get rid of.

In my gym I am sure many think I am crazy given that 5 days a week I do 90 minutes of extensive aerobics; I will sometimes throw in a healthy amount of bicep workouts to get my arms looking how I want them to. When I am down the floor is covered in sweat requiring me to use 2 towels to clean it all up. I smirk when sometimes I see some people just shaking their heads. Well you know what, so far it is working just fine for me and I do not intend to stop what is working. After all, I have lost 35 pounds since I started. Now do you think I am going to stop now? The real answer to this is absolutely not.
